Who we are

Vedra ("Vedra", "we", "us") operates vedra.in, a service that reads your birth chart and suggests perfumes that resonate with it. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. Reach us any time at info@vedra.in.

What Vedra is, and is not

Vedra is for entertainment and self-exploration. Astrology is a symbolic system, not a science, and we use it as a personalisation framework, a more interesting starting point than what is trending, paired with real fragrance notes you can actually buy.

Nothing in a Vedra reading is a prediction, and nothing here is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Our matches are suggestions framed as self-expression, never a remedy or a substitute for a professional. How you use them is your choice.

Using Vedra

• A few ground rules

  Use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish our readings, copy or designs, and do not try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site.

• Accurate details

  Your reading is only as good as the birth details you give. Enter them as accurately as you can. If you are under 18, please use Vedra with a parent or guardian.

Readings and the Deep Reading

Your first reading is free. It works from your date of birth and, where you provide them, your time and place, to match you with perfumes from our library.

The Deep Reading is a paid, one-time digital product. It is a richer, more detailed reading delivered to you immediately after payment. Because it is digital and delivered at once, please see our refund policy before you buy.

Payments

The Deep Reading costs the amount shown at checkout (currently 199 rupees). Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see your card number, UPI details or bank information. Razorpay confirms the payment and we store an order ID against your reading so you can return to it. Prices may change over time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.

Intellectual property

The Vedra name, the readings, the writing, the artwork and the design of the site are ours, and are provided for your personal use only.

Perfume names, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Vedra is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any perfume house or retailer we mention.

Third-party links and products

We link to third-party retailers so you can find the perfumes we suggest. We do not control their pricing, stock, delivery or policies, and any purchase you make there is governed by that retailer's own terms. We are not responsible for what happens on sites we do not run.

Disclaimers and liability

Vedra is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and fragrance is personal, so a match is a suggestion, not a guarantee you will love it.

To the extent the law allows, Vedra is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the reading in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Indian Consumer Protection Act that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below. Continuing to use Vedra after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
