The Deep Reading is a digital product delivered the moment you pay. Here is exactly when a refund applies, and how to ask.
Free readings
Your first reading is free, so there is nothing to refund. This policy is only about the paid Deep Reading.
The Deep Reading
The Deep Reading (currently 199 rupees) is a digital product, delivered to you immediately after payment. Because it is unlocked at once, we generally cannot offer a change-of-mind refund once it has been delivered.
We will refund you in full in these cases:
It did not unlock
You were charged but your Deep Reading did not generate or unlock because of a technical problem on our side.
You were charged twice
A duplicate charge, or more than one charge for the same reading. We refund the extra amount in full.
A billing error
You were charged the wrong amount, or charged in error. We will correct it.
If something else has gone wrong and you feel a refund is fair, write to us within 7 days of your purchase. We would always rather hear from you and sort it out than leave you unhappy.
How to request a refund
Email info@vedra.in from the address you used, with your Razorpay order ID and a line on what went wrong. We aim to respond within 7 days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
